When you are pregnant, your body works harder because of you have more blood flowing through you.  A faster heart rate could be a sign of it, but then it could be just your mind playing tricks on you.  I would definitely test with FMU to make sure either way.  Good luck to you!

i'm not sure your throat beats.  do you mean you can feel your heart beat in your throat?  that might mean that your heart is beating stronger and yes that can happen.  your heart is working harder and pumping blood faster when you are pregnant.

Yes, your blood pressure and heart rate do become higher when pregnant and you would feel that in your neck. Good luck to you!
