Is this company Oceanic Delivery Service, Inc exist or it is a just a spam?

this company contacted me by a man who called donald craig telling me that i received a cheque from uk lotto. so i would like if really this company exist or if it is an arnaque(swindle).

It is a swindle - normally if you won on the lottery, the store where you bought the winning numbers from will pay you.
