Is this company doing anything illegal?

I own Xtreme Power Computers.com. I was searching the web and I noticed that someone, in aother state, started a company named "Extreme Power Computers.com" after I purchased my DBA, TAX ID and a Website. Is there anything I can do to keep them from using my companies name? Are they doing anything illegal?

dude sorry to tell u this but no u cant do anything cause scence they are in a diffent state and the spelled it differntly it is completly leagel

Your business name is a valuable asset to your business.  Because your business plan and marketing are almost certainly not limited to your home state, you need to be careful that no one undermines the value of your business.

Time to discuss the matter with your attorney.
