Well the link you posted says it's midpriced at $1200...so if you're getting it for $350, it sounds like a deal.  But remember, you are buying last year's tech with no real hope of upgrading.

Besides, you could get a new pc, assuming that HP is used, for just $200 more. I say save the money and get a newer pc.

i think its worth its value for a normal computer but, if you are planning to play games or install a ton of software than i think id go with a system with a higher amount of ram. if you cannot find a CPU on-line or in any stores than you can always custom make one.

Yes, in fact this computer is worth about 550 dollars. The processor itself cost about 120 dollars. The RAM would run at about 80 dollars and the hard drive is about 50 dollars. The motherboard goes for about 50 dollars. Operating system goes for 260.

This computer is 2 models behind the fastest AMD dual core processor and 3GB of RAM is good enough for almost anything.

So yes, it is a good buy. I would get this computer, if I hadn't bought one about a week ago, which cost more and is slower than this computer.

by far this is worth it, you're getting more than you would out of a new computer these days for that price. And I wouldn't say it's last years computing either, it's perfectly good and would do anything you needed it to do for quite some time! I think if you purchased this you'd be happy with it!
