like one day i had worn these mini shorts out side and my 2 best guy friends where out there and saw me which of course they are always really horney but i was told to take the trash out that smae day i had went over to there house cuz me and my cuzin wanted to listen to music well since they saw me in those shorts they started to have the hots for me well so they decided to force me and my cuzin to kiss them like literally held us down trying to kiss us and would not lets us leave and would not stop wen i told and asked them to so is this considered rape or sexual harassment?

Sexual harassment.  It would only have been rape if they had s*x with you.  You should report it anyway so that if something happens in the future, you will have it on record that they have done this before.  Also I would never go out by yourself any more.  Never be caught alone with them or they will go further than they have already.
