  1. Is it considered technically a liquid diet. Its not healthy for you at all, and once you stop it you will put on all your weight or even more. You need food aswell as liquids. This will only slow your matabolism which means you will lose weight slower once you start eating food again. Dont do it!

  2. Yes that is a liquid diet, and you may see an unhealthy amount of weight loss.

Unless your doctor prescribed it, STOP.

Liquid diets are bad on your digestive system, cause alot of nutrients to be wasted and the worst one goes without saying...you will become very good friends with Brother John Commode in the Bathroom Monastery.

There is no safe, healthy way to quickly lose weight, it is a lifestyle change.  Just because those pretty body actors in holywood do it does not mean it is safe.

  3. Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com

Good luck and stay focused = )
