  1. well it could develop into one. I suffered from anorexia, and trust me it is not the best way to go. You never think that you look better no matter how skinny you get, and it follows you the rest of your life.

    here are some tips ok...

    1. eat breakfast because it is good for your metabolism and gives you energy to get through the morning.

    2. eating breakfast will help you eat less at lunch, since you said that you eat A LOT for lunch.

    3. exercising is a good thing to do! but its important to not to overdo it. try working out every other day, your muscles need rest anyways.

    4. continue to eat dinner, that's good!

    5. eat when you are hungry, not when you are starving. starving doesn't do anyone any good.

    6. drinking water is very good for you, but maybe when you work out drink gatorade.

I hope that I helped! Please just try to eat a balanced diet, its ok to eat when you are hungry! Don't let a diet ever ruin your life.

  2. no, but i can develop into one, thats exactly how these things start.

Just be natural, dont force ur body to do things. Eat breakfast, sure u heard this, important meal. and physical activity is always good but not if its forced, listen to ur body and just relax and try not to worry so much.

  3. Nope, i guess you're just controlling yourself not to eat much however if you feel that you're on the way in having eating disorder. you can always get help to people that know how to manage it.

  4. 15% of young women in the US who are not diagnosed with an eating disorder display substantially disordered eating attitudes and behaviors.  What you describe does sound like disordered eating and it could progress into an eating disorder.

It's not good to eat a significant amount of food at one sitting, or to wait to eat until you are starving.  By depriving your body for so long it will literally think it is starving and slow down your metabolism so that you hold onto the food more.

Do you eat alone a lot?  I ask because I know that when I'm on my own eating schedule I tend to exhibit disordered eating as well.  By making myself eat with others, I pick up a more natural eating pattern/schedule.
