  1. Call the police.  It's against the law to have animals confined a closed vehicle.  If you are at a fair, find security and report it.

  2. I saye yes that is because they shooed at lest have water and dogs arnt suposto be in the car with no wun thar for over a hour you shod contact the P.C.A you can look on ther web sit for mor info

  3. Yes, it is considered endangering an animal's welfare.  Call animal cruelty (a shelter or animal control) and give them the info.  It's unlikely they can do anything about it because they were not present.  If they can, they will look up the license plate and contact the owners and give them a warning.

  4. call the humane society or the nearest spca. if you can;t get their numbers call the police and they will help. PLEASE HURRY. this is definitely animal cruelty and illegal!!!

  5. yes, im sure you should call the police or animal control or something. animals don't deserve to be tortured in a hot van. well do something before its too late x[

    thx for caring for the dogs, im sure the dogs will kindly thank you [;

  6. Where the windows down? and how long was it sitting there? My family leaves water in the back of the car for the dogs. Was there water there??  If the windows were up, no water, and it was there for 1+ hour, I would call the ASPCA. You can get the number from calling your local animal shelter.

    Good luck! and thank you for caring so much about animals!

  7. call the sheriff's department, thats where animal control is located, they may be able to remove the dogs and fine the owners

  8. Yes it's animal cruelty! The temperature inside the car gets much hottter than the outside temp in just minutes. It can be DEADLY for an animal in just a matter of minutes! Call 911.

  9. You're supposed to call animal control and they call the police who call a locksmith and open the car.

  10. call your local humane society

  11. Call the police.  Call your local animal control.

    YES, this is a crime, and is a horrible case of animal cruelty.

    How long ago did this happen, how many hours ago did you witness this?  I really wish you could have called the police the second you saw the dogs in the van.  Unfortunately, it may be too late to save these dogs. :-(

  12. call your local police and they will help you. but yes that is animal cruelty.

  13. This is definitely animal cruelty and needs to be taken care of. I am a major lover of animals and if the person responsible is not taken care of immediately they will continue... Contact your local human society, police department or ASPCA.

  14. Yes, because if the dogs were humans that would be considered abuse as well. Of course you'll need the car information and things like that. (I'm not sure if you have them)
