If you put the cards you need together to make a winning strategy in your deck BUT DON'T PLAN TO DRAW THE CARDS ON YOUR FIRST TURN, is it still considered cheating?

  1. yes, any form of putting cards in specific location relative to each other or a rough region of deck that you know of is considered cheating.  it is ok to put combos together before shuffling in hope of them stay together, but you must shuffle at least 5 times(poker style) to 20 times(multi cuts) before letting your opponent cut the deck in order to make it fair(chance of cards stay together is greater than orginal random order, but no greater than accepated random value).  even if u stick a card in the bottom of the card or near the bottom is unaccepatble, any knowledge of card's location within a +-5 card range in the deck with >50% certainty is usually caused by cheating(so if that's true, reconsider what u r doing)  now, if u have 3 copy of the card, +-5 card range exist a chance of 27/64, sliightly below 50%... so u can't say u know the chance is greater than 50% in the range just because u have many copies

Notes on tremple: weak against mill/burn/exodia, beacuse they mainly use effects to say no attacks with big creatures.  and they are too plain.  so unless it's REALLY fast, it wins often, but not often/adaptable enough to win tornies.  best currently is alt tremple of six samurai/glaiator or normal rush(5 creatures with 1900+ attack points on field by 3rd turn, almost guranteed)  they are ok, but not tornies winning decks(which usually depend more on interdependency of cards and tactics) although they might be countered by specific deck types, a well balanced deck is harder to find loophole than simply high attack monsters(I would know, I run a beat down once about a time... all lvl 4 or lower... or 2100 ATK or greater....  I cancel my(monster, which are all bad) effects with magic/traps... but got stuck by sprit/astral combo, messenger of peace etc....)

btw, if u play WoW TCG, that's a different story... there is unlimted card in there... and the grunt deck runs on like 4 different cards(3 quests 4 copies each and 50 or so grunts) so u 'd know if u will draw a card for certain some times...

  2. yes yes yes yes yes a thousand times yes! that is stacking the deck

  3. This shouldn't be an issue. You must shuffle your deck and offer a cut to your opponnent before each game. Doing anything else will subject you to suspicion of cheating.

  4. if your asking if you put them in order to make a winning combo but your put them like in the middle of your deck.

then yes its still cheating its called stacking the deck.

your never suppose to do that and if you played at tournys and a offical noticed that you were doing that.

you would be kicked out of the tourny.

b/c people could easily put a winning combo into play first turn and win thats why theres FTK and OTK

but why dont people try new plans like trample decks wich means you totally stomp your opponet into the ground with high atk monsters.

  5. yes it is cheating

  6. yes

  7. yes very much because your opponent must shuffle the deck but you can still hope to draw them together
