  1. In my opinion, that sounds fine. Eggs have a lot of cholesterol, but you should be fine, because the maximum number of large eggs one should eat a day is two.

If you wanted to go for a healthier diet, you could use just the egg whites and subsitute the mayonnaise with something low-fat.

    :)

  2. sounds nice to me

  3. Your missing some key parts for ANYONE to answer this!

    Age

    s*x

    Height

    Weight

    Activity Level

Whats good for one person might be horrible to another.  If Micheal Phelps ate that with his current exercise regime, he wouldnt last 2 days!  However, if you are small and not exercising, it might be perfectly healthy!

You can figure out roughly what your BMR is by many different calculators online based on s*x, age, height and weight.

Once you get that, you need to figure out your normal activity and add it to your BMR.

Then finally, add your exercise calories.

If you are not eating enough calories based on your current weight and activity level, you will end up burning muscle instead of fat (your ultimate goal).  Burning muscle hurts you cause you will lower your metabolism and burn less calories in a day!  It takes work for your body to keep muscle (repairing it and building it), so it is the first to go if your body thinks its not getting enough calories!

Try going to www.myfitnesspal.com the forum on there has excellent advice and the whole program does a really good in helping you be away of how many calories your putting in and how many you should be burning off!

I have a few of my “close to overweight” Marines on it and it has worked wonders for them!  Including two that are having a tough time losing their weight after a pregnancy!!!

  4. I know you want me to answer your question but can you answer these two for me first. i think everyone would like to know the answer to this question you asked!!!???

  5. It totally depends on your height, age, s*x, and activity level. It could be too much or too little (which was my first reaction cause I eat twice this much in a day and I'm a size 2). So you really should consult a nutritionist to find out for sure.

  6. is that for lunch  you are what you eat healthy

  7. sounds too much to me

  8. sounds like a good amount. and theres nothing too junky so i suppose its moderately healthy

  9. Try switching the baguette for wholemeal bread sandwich with light mayonnaise.

  10. are you kidding?

you should eat nothing of those...

  11. Over eating *pfffft*

  12. washed down with a can of lager sounds fine to me mate

  13. sounds good to me

  14. Seems pretty healthy to me, but you should make sure that you're the one making the foods, not the company. As in having the foods preserved in the freezer with a lot of sodium. Plus, they kind of taste gross anyway. Also, no mayo, because it's very bad for you and high in fat.

  15. it seems like just the right amount food for the day.

and it also seems pretty healthy.

  16. That sounds great. Congrats on a yummy and balanced diet. :)

  17. No i would say thats a good daily eating routine =)
