Is this considered self-mutilation?

Question

-Sometimes I pick at the dead skin on the bottoms of my feet (gross, I know), peeling it up, it bleeds sometimes.

-Also, at work, sometimes I see how long I can hold my fingers onto the hot light bulb in my desk lamp.

Nah I used to do that kinda stuff.

Its not self abuse.

The dead skin thing is just OCD, you cant stand that its uneven, Im the same way.

I used to play with lightbulbs, it isnt going to hurt you.

no it isn't..and be careful with the "dead skin" thing: you may get some irritations or some other wounds
