  1. what do you wanna say? you can say ciao bimbo, or ciao bambino, caiao al bambino means say hallo to child.

  2. "Ciao al bimbo" means "Hi to the baby/kid".

"Bimbo" is an informal word for "bambino" (baby/kid).

  3. If u wanna say "hi baby" (to a male) then the right one is "ciao bimbo" without the "al".

(For a female child instead it's "bimba")

  4. Hi!

No..".Ciao al bimbo" is not correct." Salutami/ or salutatemi il/la bambino/a" if you are talking or writing to his/her parents and you want them to say "Hi" to their child/ baby. You don't explain well what you want to say and who you are talking or writing to. " Il bambino" if  a male; "la bambina" a female. You could also say "Piccolo" instead of "bambino", "piccola" for "bambina"... You could also say: " Un saluto a tutti e un bacio al bambino (if he's a boy) or alla bambina (if she's a girl)." Bacio means "kiss" and is an expression very used in Italy for kids/children etc.

    Bye!

  5. No it is wrong...In Italy we write..(letters-telegrams) E_mail and so on...

"Ciao a tutti" (all family) also.."Saluti a tutti..mamma è papà" (hallo to mather and father) for the baby we use say..a kiss from me...

    So the best way are:

" Un ciao a tutti dall'America e un bacio al bambino" ( bambino is neutral)

" Un saluto a tutta la famiglia e un bacio alla piccola (al piccolo m/f)

" Un saluto a papà e mamma e un bacio al bimbo (alla bimba m/f)

Best.." Un saluto ai genitori e uno speciale bacio alla bambina da parte mia "

    To you the choice !

    Francis- Florence town -Italy..

  6. hy baby

    (i'm italian)

  7. hi catalina, I recognize? I'm luca M, the number of outlets professional, bring us a jump because I updated the application.

However, "bimbo" in English is like saying "baby", it's just more Italian!
