I am currently applying a job for muffin break, and it asks to tick the boxes that you have experienced in. I was a canteen monitor in intermediate 2 years ago. I worked a week each term and served people food. is this counted as having customer service?

& don't be so concerned over what is customer service & what isn't......they aren't going to question you about it.

Sure is. You got the food the customers requested. That definently counts as customer service.
