Is this curfew fair?

I'm 31 and i was playing in my cool sandbox. I made a big sand castle with a moat and put my toy alligators in it. Around 9pm my mom told me to come inside, brush my teeth and get ready for bed. I think i should be able to play longer. Don't you think?
