  1. Correct spelling is "torta della nonna"

    The origin is not 100% certain being disputed between 2 different regions (Tuscany and Romagna) . What sure is that's not  Roman.

    BTW Tuscany and Romagna are not in northern Italy, they are both central Italy...!!


  2. It's Tuscan - Northern Italy.  Italian, but not Roman.
