I am on a meal replacement diet called Ultraslim. In a standard day, this is what I eat.

Breakfast: Ultra slim milkshake powder with skim milk

Piece fruit

Cup coffee with skim milk

Ultraslim milkshake with skim milk and salad or piece of fruit

airpopped popcorn or 15 rice crackers

Healthy dinner

Fruit salad

If I am thirsty I drink diet drinks and coffee and tea and water.

  1. get an excercise program, get some tone to your body(muscle burns fat when your sitting on the couch)... you wont look masculine, you'd have to work out real hard core to look masculine, slightly muscly woman look s**y as (i doubt you'll even notice the muscles in the mirror actually, but they will be there... muscle is the answer)......  then you can eat maccas whenever you want and not think twice

  2. most of these meal replacements provide complete nutrition. just have as much veggies as possible

  3. It probably is according to Ultraslim. However I wouldn't do it. There are a lot of diets out there. Most important meal is breakfast. I'd go for a slice of chicken or turkey bologna, a small bowl of Special K  or similar low fat healthy grain cereal and perhaps a piece of fruit. Eating a high protein breakfast generally helps with cravings during the day.

I'd make lunch my biggest meal of the day seeing as you've got plenty of time to work it off. Eat what you please as long as it's low fat.

Dinner I'd make light small salad some low fat meat like a skinless chicken breast and some veggies. Seeing as most people don't get a lot of exercise after dinner, I'd make it the lightest meal of the day.

As for what you eat do some research on healthy foods. Want to loose weight burn up more calories than you take in.
