  1. it might not be hard to follow but if you do that everyday it could get monotonous and eventually on these types of restrictive eating cycles you will often find yourself getting tired of those foods and then splurging with bad stuff.

Me personally I usually try to have a slice of toast with some sort of fruit and juice

switching it up from say a banana one morning an apple pineapple or any other fruits that are in season.

For Lunch it can be a tuna shrimp or chicken salad with a diet drink or better yet iced tea or water

and for dinner a small piece of beef chicken or fish with broccoli or a green salad I usually dont use salad dressing but rather squeeze a bit of lime on the salad

The big thing is to make a variation of what you re eating so you dont get tired of the same old thing and within no time you will have lost your weight with great foods and a variety.

  2. It looks boring.  My daughter is on a 1200 calories diet.  She eats and changes things around to combat boredom.  Breakfast may be oatmeal or cereal with fruit.  Lunch may be a salad one day or a sandwich or soup.

She counts her calories so that she doesn't go over 1200 a day. It's easier and it gives her some choices.

  3. I think I would eat a bigger breakfast than just a protein bar. Early in the day is when your metabolism is the highest. Your metabolism drops later in the day so you should try to consume more calories during the day and dinner should be your lightest meal. If you consume more calories during the daytime it will be easier to control your cravings later in the day. Yogurt is great, make sure it's light yogurt. Sandwhiches for lunch are also good, as long as they're whole wheat with lean meat. And a salad is nice as long as it doesn't have dressing. A lot of people eat salads to eat healthier and wind up eating just as bad with unhealthy dressings.

Also, drink water. No soda or sugary juices. This will make a huge difference. People always underestimate the power of water. You should be drinking 2 L a day throughout the day.

  4. how is that hard to follow?

  5. If it's hard to follow, it might be because you get tired of it after a while. You need to mix it up a bit and get some variety, or you'll get bored. Plus, a little variety is good for health. Try substituting other healthy foods for some of the ones on your list. Good luck!

  6. Wrll I would want a little more for lunch and dinner but other wise i think i could folow it!

  7. Okay first of all... YOU DON'T NEED TO WEIGH 115... second of all the calories you have set for each meal are not completely correct. You should be eating about 2200 calories a day. If not more as long as you are getting 60 minutes of enduring exercise a day. You don't need to diet necessarily.

  8. Think it is best you get a diet profile.

Once you have that then you can can switch, replace, because with ime you really can get bored sticking to one type of diet

You can find a free diet profile here
