Is this domestic battery and what should happen and who should get arrested and what will happen?

Travis and I got up on Thursday morning. Travis wanted the $4 dollars that I had for some drinks and I told him that I couldn’t give him any money because I had to use the money for the toll roads. Then he took the cord to my lap top that I was using and said to give me the money and I told him no. Well then he try to get in my purse and get the money and I got up and stopped him. Well we was in each other faces yelling at each other. We then went outside and starting yelling at each other. I wanted the cord so I was trying to get it. And Travis wouldn’t give it to me because he wanted my money. Well Travis pushed me and I pushed him back. Then his sister came out and started yelling at me to get off Travis and to give him the money. Well I went into the house and got my car keys and hop in to my van and took off! I went to the hospital and the police to file charges against Travis for domestic battery. On Thursday Travis had to be at work at 10:00 A.M. and this was happening between 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. Travis was an hour and a half late for work because after the fight he stay around waiting for me to come back to the house which I didn’t. I finally came back to the house around 1:00 A.M. on the next morning. Travis wouldn’t let me in the house so I got into my van and started to blow my horn. Then his parents came out and told me to get in the house so I did. Then we was all talking and they wanted to talk to the police so I call the police and they came. After that the family started to pack up all my stuff because I wasn’t welcome in their home anymore. I spend the night there against their wishes

the only part of that that is domestic battery is him pushing you.  he technically can get arrested for that (so could you for pushing back but that is not likely). since he did not hit you or anything it probably won't go to far in court.  he may get anger management classes but i doubt he will go to jail.  you should move out and stay away from him.
