Did you mean saliva or salvia?  The test is a saliva test, as in the spit in your mouth. Salvia is a psychotropic herb (sage actually) that can be used recreationally.  Salvia is still legal in most places.  If you want to test for salvia, the test needs to specifically say salvia, as to my knowledge most people/places do not test for it.

The test it self looks fairly average.  However, I would go for a test where you send the sample off to a lab for testing.  A lab tested sample will be more accurate and will give you the actual level of drugs in the system,. This test is only going to give you a yes or no.  For example, if the person didnt use mj but was around it, they will likely test pos on this test.  On a lab test, they would test positive, but you would see that it would be such a low amount that they likely werent using them selves.  Incedental exposure I think is the term.
