  1. i would say add in a breakfast -like a healthy cereal and that would be enough.

although if ur doing any exercise in the day u will need to increase ur food intake

  2. yes if you want to be wafer thin and all bones well well well

  3. wow, personally i think that is enough, how do you fight the pleasure for snacks and fastfood is amazing. Keep at it, if everyone had a diet like that, then we would see a huge decrease of obese people in america today.

  4. No. That would be a breakfast for me. Actually it's not that bad but try eating breakfast. It's a very important meal. Have porridge or something about 7am if you can.

  5. Sounds ok to me, but then again I have issues with food.  I suggest you add at least some fruit for breakfast.

  6. That doesn't look too bad to me, but I think it does need bulking out a bit.

Your choice of snacks is excellent, and a very healthy option. But I would suggest not doing the whole brunch thing, split it up into breakfast and lunch. Have some form of wholegrain cereal in the morning and then a sandwich and something else at lunch.

It all depends on the quantity of those foods as well, and presuming that it is just an example. Because if you ate exactly that every single day, week in, week out. It would be unhealthy, you need some variety. In my opinion you are lacking fibre and protein in that example, so you would need to be eating a varied diet of similar proportions.
