Is this enough to get an acting agent?

Ok, I was wanting to know if this is enough experince to get an agent. If not what else can I do?

* Did the news for my school. It was broadcasted through-out the entire school. It was nothing serious because we acted the whole thing

* Was in The Alamo Play and a major reporter

* I was also in the Goldielocks and the Three Bears play. I played Goldielocks

Is that enough or do I need more experince? And acting camps do they help you out alot for your resume? I would be glad if you answered all my questions, because I want to be able to fulfill my dream.

  1. its not enough. you sound young and like a beginner.  you need lots of experience for an agent.  be in as many school plays as you can and then go to college for acting, fill up your resume with lots more plays and experiences than that.  acting camps are good because you will get more training.  don't worry about agents for now, they are really hard to get, you just need to work really hard, start small, and deal with agents when you're not in school anymore.

  2. Agents are there to get You work, so that They get paid. Since they don't get any money unless you get money (they take a 10-20% commission), they will only take actors who they think are going to get alot of work. If you haven't had much work outside of school in the past, than you haven't proven that you are a valuable as a money maker. Also you don't need an agent for theatre, only camera work. It is very unlikely that you will get representation, at this point, but if you really think you need an agent make sure you do your RESEARCH. Call current and former clients, check and make sure that this company has been around for a long time and that there are no complaints against them, and make sure they aren't try to get you to pay for anything.

  3. actinginfo.blogspot.com and talentagents.blogspot.com are great sites check them out and search around the info you need wont jsut pop up infront of you ut for agents go to table of contents and click city nearest you.

that counts as experience so if they also think you have the right look then your fine
