I was wondering,is it possible for an hmm a asian/black couple to have twins,and one comes out with almond shaped eyes and look like a black person,and the other twin looks exactly like the other one,except she looks full asian?(Hair texture,skin,)?

Yes, if they're fraternal.

I'm mixed(black and white) and my brother and sister both look mixed, but I look like a white person with african-american hair texture.
