A friend of mine told me that masturbating helps you grow taller faster.. Is this true or false? Also, could you give me advice on how I can grow taller faster, please. I'm 16 this year.

Absolutely false. There is nothing you can do to make yourself taller except time. Food and exercise can make you fatter or  more muscular but not taller.

As for how to grow faster.... you're going to grow when you're going to grow.  There really isn't any way to change that.

nothing can help you grow fast except hormones.

your only 16... this is the average age a guy STARTS puberty.... you have years before you'll be fully grown

and if your a late developer it's actually better for you anyway... your more likely to be both taller and better adjusted in later life!

OOOO and nothing will make you grow any taller than your maximum genetically predetermined height... drugs etc are likely to make you grow faster but you probs won't reach your peak height...

Just eat healthily and what not :)
