Some of the ones with the fridges might be real, but I think all of the ones with the human parts are fake..

The ones wrapped up are obviously fake and ads for PeTA (People for Ethical Treatment of Animals)

The ones of the refrigerator are real, I believe they are crime scene photos from the Renee Hartevelt murder. Who was murdered and eaten by Issei Sagawa. What he didn't eat of her, he stored in a fridge.

I am not sure about the first photo could be real, or could be high quality props.
