No! Lynch is better than Addai and you can deal with palmer to keep him.

The only problem I could see here is the bye week and you lose a game because you just lost your best RB and QB. But the rest of the year you'll be fine, take the deal.

I personally would not make that trade.  You're essentially losing 3 starters while only gaining two.  If you have good depth at the WR position, it might make this trade easier to accept but Santonio Holmes is poised for a huge year.  He's become Big Ben's favorite target and has taken over for Hines Ward as the #1 receiver on that team.  He's also in his 3rd year in the NFL which is when their numbers tend to jump.  I also think that Marshawn Lynch is poised for a big year as well.  Another thing to think about is that you will not have either Manning or Addai during week 4 since they're on the same team and that might hurt your chance to win that week.  Good luck either way...
