i am 5'9 and weigh 130 lb, i wear an american size 6

do u consider this big or large???

can i have tips to reduce my stats, my goal is 120lb and to wear a size 2.

when i stand next to thin girls at work, i feel like a bloated overweight freak, i hate this feeling and i want it to go away, i just want to be thin :)

  2. 120lbs would put you in the underweight category. You should be around 140lbs. It's 100lbs for the first 5 feet and 5lbs for every inch after that. But I am the same way...I hate the way I look. Just eat healthy, drink lots of water, and exercise. You don't have to go jogging and do 15 different work outs a day......just do some walking each day to stay in shape. Also to eliminate some bloating cut your sugar and sodium intake along with drinking lots of water.  

  3. HOLY SHITZU!!! You need to GAIN weight, not lose it. You're underweight and a  size 6 is small and those girls at work are probably anorexic. Don't feel bad about your body!!  

  4. American size 6 is considered alright. You're not fat and you shouldn't compare yourself with other girls that much. You know, actually guys like huggable girls rather than sticks. =)

  5. Honey, I started out 5'5" and 105 lbs, lived over 20 years as an adult at that weight, got called skinny, anorexic (though I wasn't), could never find clothes that fit me (unless I shopped in the teenage boys' section) and generally hated being too skinny.

    Now I'm healthy, 130 lbs., and definately not fat!  If you doubt it, go to your local department store and watch the females walk in and out -- something over 80% will be bigger than you, and of the remaining 20% a good portion are sick or on drugs or something.

    If you're 5'9" you'd be crazy to want to weigh less than 130 lbs., you are just about the absolute perfect size now -- put on a big smile and enjoy it -- and go ahead and call those girls at work skinny, ugly little stick women -- and realize they only WISH they looked as good as you (a man generally wants a woman, not a sack of bones he'll have to be careful not to hurt himself on!).

  6. I believe that is a size 8 in the UK, which  I do not consider fat. Feeling bloated and looking bloated are two different things. Look at yourself in a mirror and be honest, do you actually look fat or do you just feel it? You are quite tall and you are not overweight. You might just need to tone up; upto 30 situps every other day, some light weight lifting. Even running is a good muscle builder. Rather than lose weight, convert some fat into extra muscle, which takes up less physcial space and will improve the shape of your body. A girl who looks slimmer than you could easily way 10lb more if they have more muscle and less fat.

  7. This is so ridiculous. Any less than 130lb will make you UNDERWEIGHT at your height.

  8. You are small. The rule of thumb is 100 pounds if you are 5 feet even, and 5 pounds for every inch over that. So at 5'9", you should be 145.

  9. that would make you under weight omg you are all obsesed with being supper skinny skinny is horrible but over weight is bad too   im under weight and its hard to put weight on. :(  

  10. I am 5'6 and i weigh 130 lbs, I dont think i am fat at all. You will look very unhealthy if you lose any weigh.  

  11. You need some help like professional help ~ you are obsessed w/ your weight I saw the other question about what you ate which wasn't that much you are tall so your weight is perfect and you will look like a zipper if you weigh 120 lbs and size two


  12. From a males point of view i would go as far as saying you're "perfect". Although from a health/fitness point of view i would say you could stand to gain 5-10lbs. Don't worry yourself over nothing. There's plenty of people that would kill to have what you have.
