Is this feasible to join a company subseqently, after handing over passport to another company?

I am Indian. Recently I got an offer from a Saudi Company and I accepted and submitted my passport to the Company. Thereafter, I got another opportunity in Qatari Company which is better from the former regarding Company establishment, turnover and also paying 30% more salary.

At this stage how it will be possible to go with the latter company?

Why would you give your passport to the company?  That's yours and I believe it's illegal for them to keep it.
