Not in my opinion. Looks 'dubbed in' to me, and the reactions/camera work are too neat, not sincere.

Could be a flying demon or alien craft.More likely a helicopter, kite or large bird.

This flying creature is probably real, but only a large Eagle or something similar to this.

Anything can be real....the Earth has spat out so many amazing creatures, events, beliefs that I have no doubt in my mind it can exist....

I didn't even see a flying creature.

This is another one of those "Oh look, riding in a car is so exciting I think I'll video tape it."  And all of a sudden something happens!

it looks like a seagull to me. If flys in front of the building, so we have no real scale to measure its size, just that its a lot smaller than it appears at first.

The initial assumption is that it flys behind the pole and building, but when they slow it down and zoom in, you can see that it flys in front of the building and pole, much closer to the car. Therefore its not really enourmous, just in the foreground.

It could be a bird, though it would be actually closer to the camera than it appears to be in the video. The video was very poor and choppy so it was hard to tell. Another possibility is it's just a piece of plastic. It looks to me like it could be a plastic tarp caught up by the wind, perhaps having fallen off a nearby building or scaffold.
