Safepeer, does it really work, block RIAA?

When using the proper blocklist, SafePeer works as well as PeerGuardian2 at blocking IPs which are "known" to be anti-P2P.

However, Vuze now has a built in IP Filter plugin which is more efficient than the SafePeer plugin.

It is at Tools>Options>IPFilters.  On that screen, where it says IP Filter file to autoload, put in the link below and it will automatically download and use the Level 1 blocklist (to block anti-P2P):
