yeah its for your belly, it might feel weird in the beginning but you'll get used to it, i can't really find any pics with someone wearing it though

No jewelry is specifically for navel piercings- you can wear curved barbells CBRs, circular barbells, and twists (like that picture) for manyy different piercings.

The only thing required for jewelry for navel piercings, is that the jewelry be curved (anything straight will put too much pressure on the piercing).  So, that twist in the picture can definitely be worn in a navel piercing.
