He has never had an issue with "friends with benefits", I mean he has relationships here & there but he & I (and I know it’s the same for other women and him also) have had booty calls numerous times. Its no thing to him. So why all of a sudden is he saying he cant see me anymore b/c I am going through a divorce and he doesn’t want to get any feelings and that maybe in the future it can b something but he isnt trying to be in competition with my soon to be ex and that if he sees me right now it will only be booty calls and whats the point? Do you think he has his guard up and may actually have feelings for me or is this just a line to get me to leave him alone?

No I think he might be worried that now that you wont be married you may try to cling to him.

I think he has feelings for you and you sould marry him right after you divorce so you both can have some fun cheating on each other.  Good Luck

Because when you were married...He felt safe...that YOU wouldn't try to make something more serious out of what you have with him...now that you are going through a divorce...and he is afraid you will want more...So he is keeping his distance....
