This is for science and we are suppose to take up a 1/2 of a page answering, so if i have any mistakes let me know today was the first day of school so i forgot so stuff over the summer and the question was: "Why is Earth called the Living Planet?"

My Answer:

Earth is called the Living Planet because activity is always taking place even under the Earth's surface. While we are busy with our everyday lives, magma pushes toward the surface that may cause volcanic-activity and tectonic plates pushing together forming mountains, sliding together causing earthquakes and pulling apart causing the continents to break apart. Even though we are living on the Earth, Earth is living itself!

  1. I would mention something about the earth's surface being covered with life.  Virtually every square inch is teaming with life at the microscopic level.

  2. that sounds fine to me. if your teacher says otherwise id think she's a n**i. but thats just me.

  3. Very nicely written indeed!  I would also include a line or 2 about biology and earth being the perfect host for life.
