Question:

Is this good eating habits?

im 17yr old emale

breakfast(dont really like breakfast):

about 2 pieces of fresh raw fruit

midmorning snack:

1 more piece of fruit (usually dried but not always)

lunch:

regular lunch like whole grain pita and hummus or nut butter on whole grain crackers

dinner:

whole grain and vegetables like whole kamut pasta with tomato sauce and salad or brow rice with salad or whole wheat cous cous with salad etc.

i am a vegan do you think this is nutritionally good for me? im a picky eater when it comes to food food(not so much fruit)

  1. not sure about everything but you seem to be eating a lot of fruit. too much fruit isnt good for it, it has a lot of natural sugars


  2. The fruits are fine, I would add either some oatmeal or soy yogurt with it though. Also if you're eating such small portions, have another snack between lunch and dinner
