ok me and mi fam bam go swimmin at nite time and i tread id the deep end like 2 feet away from the wall when i tread i do it till i feel like i cant keep myself up anymore(when my arms and legs just give up)then after i float on my back but i kick my legs to get me to the shalow side.then a float on my back again and i use my arms to get me to the deep and again.wheni do tht i use just my legs or just my arms.then after i go to the sholow end theni hold on to the wall and kick my legs till it feels like sum1 ripped it off.then i throw my legs over the wall so my torso and head and arms are the only thing in the water then i act like im trying to swim back wards on my back then after i keep my legs uo there but i do like crunches in the water(i hold my breathe and push down and have my back touch the wall and *** back up)is this some good exercise in a pool?
