I have never really been an overweight person. I was actually quite skinny for some reason, not exercising. Well all that has changed, I am doing 30mins on the epileptical trainer everyday(burn 200-250) and I eat a healthy 1500cal diet. My question is, On the trainer it has a calculator sort of thing that tells you how much you've burned and all that.
Today I did In 30mins:
Cals burnt: 229.2
Distance: Nearly 8k (5miles)
Speed: Stuck around 15.5-16
I just want to know if this is good for a beginner"?
