Is this good for the Atkins Diet?????

okay, today i started the 1st day of atkins and this is what I ate

Breakfast:

- 1 egg (just put it in the bowl and put it in the microwave) 1g of carb

- 1 slice of cheddar cheese (0g of carbs)

- 1 hot dog (100 calories and 0g carbs)

Lunch:

1 pickle- (1g of carb) and 1 slice of chese (1g of carbs)

Dinner:

2 hotdogs (0g of carbs)

Chese (3 g of carbs)

Okay, in total approx 6-9 grams of carbs, and a lil excersise, is this good enough for my body to enter ketosis?

  1. Fopr two weeks you must have Zero carbs. to purge your body of all it's carb induced sugar state.
