  1. The raw meat is fine. However you want to avoid feeding raw and kibble at the same time.

They digest at different rates and that can lead tummy troubles.

  2. Raw meat is really GOOD for dogs! They are carnivores and raw meat is the best natural food for them!

Take a look at this website, there are many of us who feed our dogs raw!

  3. It should be cooked, yes. You can find recipes online for dog treats and homemade dog food, it's fun to read them and see how you can pamper your pet.

  4. ~ No.  You should never mix raw meat with kibble.  I would stay away from that, it is not an immediate problem but should avoid it.  Raw meat and kibble should be eaten 4 hours apart.  Kibble to Kibble should be eaten 12 hours apart.

    Don't mix.

If you read about raw, there will be a lot of reasons and more depth explanations as to why you should not, if you are curious.

  5. I have known people that fed their dogs raw hamburger with kibble, they seemed fine. But that was before all salmonella etc. started more than ever. Like my said if they were in the wild do think they would cook their meat before they eat it..lol

  6. yes, Its GREAT for them...cut the chicken up smaller, so they can't pick it out

I add a variety of rabbit, chicken, beef, carrots, broccoli. and blueberries ...to the kibble

    yes its cooked...

  7. i give my pap some table scraps as a treat every so often but always cooked.

she loves the meat with her dry and will be picky on whether whe eats the vegetables.

i would be afraid of them getting sick eating raw meat.

  8. You shouldn't EVER give your dog raw meat.
