Is this good promotion for a Chinese restaurant?

It is the year of the rat. So have pet rats to run around in the dining room, after all they have fish in tanks. I plan to offer some of my pet rats to the local resaurant, would it be best for them to have brown ones? The big advantage being that if the heath inspector finds a wild one they can always claim it is a 'Promotinal pet' rat and get away without a violation.
