well first off you link is dead. But, if the amp to 200 RMS to each subs, making it 400RMS total, then yes it will work for the subs. just dont go much lower than that or you might risk underpowering your subs. And remember that the amp should be at 400RMS at a 2ohm load as that will more than likly be how your subs are wired.
