Ok well I decided to attend the Coke Zero 400 Saturday night with my son cody. We were both enjoying the race and then on the last lap they mentioned that Kyle Busch had fan. Well Im going all crazy decked out in my M&Ms clothing and undergarments, while my son had his #55 Napa t shirt of Michael Waltrip.

Well as we are cheering we hear someone from the background start yelling obscenities at us and saying how we paid Michael to wreck so "Buschwacker" would win. I flipped him the bird and then he tried to come down to where I was and said he wanted to fight. I ran away as fast as I could with cody behind me. He called me a variety of names and said stuff like "Its about time somebody melts yer M&Ms boy and I am just the man to do it." I did not know how to take this so I just walked away. The man was over 6 foot and probably 300 pounds wearing a hat that said #88 Dale JR on it. I had cody to draw a quick description of him.

If I can find him do you think I could sue for harrasing

  1. there are two problems here  finding the guy and  proving it

it would be a he said she said thing

  2. I find it hard to believe, that you even got any in your parents basement let alone procreated.

  3. Just remember, M&M's melt in your mouth, not in your hands.

but good luck on what ever you deside.

  4. Let me gather the evidence, coke 400, kyle busch fan or (won),  bushwaker, flipped the bird ,ran away, melted m&ms , walked away (not ran), 6ft. 300lbs. wearing a very cool ( cap),quick description, based on the lack of facts,     NO.

  5. Maybe you should ask this question in the Y/A Law section.  While you're there, you could inquire about all of the dangerous situations you seem to put your child into.  Maybe he needs a better role model than his dear old dad?

  6. Possibly but very doubtful.  You would have to prove all of what you described.  A drawing your son did would not be sufficient evidence to even identify the person regardless of the artistic talent your son might have.

In the unlikely event that you found this phantom NASCAR rage-a-holic you could pay a lawyer to bring suit against him, but if he had a brain cell he would pay a lawyer to smash your suit into nothing because that is what you have.

I don't see how your silly clothing with all the brand names easily found at Wal-Mart have anything to do with your story.  In fact, it sounds to me that you are in much need of a real life, but by all means clog up America's justice system with another frivolous lawsuit.

  7. I believe this story about as much as the beer can hitting your son story at Darlington!!

You didn't REALLY think I bought that one, did ya?

  8. A Load of BS.

  9. hahahahahahaaaaaaaaa

    Your kidding right.

    whoooooohohohh

    hahahahahahahaha

    hehehehehehehe

    Ouch, I think I broke a rib.

Anyone know a lawyer, I'm going to sue .

  10. next time watch who your flppin the bird , you wasnt setting much of an example for your son if you flip the bird and run like a pansy next time you flip the bird at someone if your not man enough to back it up keep it to yourself. and no you cant sue you brought it on yourself by flippin the guy off

  11. Sue? Give me a break. The guy was a jerk and probably deserved some sort of law enforcement on him, but sue? Why are you concerned about that? Why must this society have to be sue happy? I thought this question would entail getting police on him, not you trying to get money.

  12. Yes  ! it is
