cuz he appeared to have done this COMPLETELY UNPROVOKED. And according to witnesses, he performed "like a robot".

Is this an attempt to push FURTHER DISARMAMENT of the population? In Canada we're not allowed to have guns. IS THIS A MOVE TO TARGET KNIVES?!?

So how do we protect ourselves? More cops on the street? More cops mean more taxes.

God... this is a tragic event.

I think it is someone who "lost the plot" I don't think it is a major problem.
