Ok, this really good looking *model type* white dude who dresses really well sat next to me once and I struck a good convo...and we both REALLY enjoyed it.

From then, he and his buddies always stared at me...but he never spoke to me, but ALWAYS watching and smiling! My friends always noticed. His other buddy couldn't even talk to me, but just stared all the time!

The last day, he whispered REALLY seductively in my ear as I walked passed him. My friend heard and described it as "bed room voice." It came out soo smooth, but like it didn't mean to sound like that, but it just did, almost?

Why would he be cocky?  It sounds like he is just the opposite...unable to make a real move.  A lot also depends on what you talked about and what it was he said so seductively to you.
