Is this guy interested in me?

I know a guy that Ive been friends with for years. We havent stayed in touch for 6 years. He came across my myspace and has been emailing and calling me often. He is coming to stay in a town twenty minutes away from me since the hurricane is hitting the coast. When he first emailed me, he asked me what I want in a guy, but when we talk he says we are just "friends." So what ya'll think?

He might still be saying he is just friends, but if you are interested ask him out.   Chances are he will give it a shot, and he could be dropping hints but is shy about it.  Us guys are usually hard to read when it comes to situations of liking a person.  I think he however is trying to get an idea of what you like though, because he wants to see if he is compatible  with you, or at least he has thought about being with you.

it sounds like hes interested. maybe you should ask him if he wants to hang out sometime.

It sounds like he wants to be more than friends and he does not know how to ask you because he wanted to know  what kind of guy you like he is giving you hints.Tell him what you like and see what he has to say it might just work out between you good luck.
