He bought two items and then complained about the amount he bought them for. Then when he got them, he demanded a refund and sent the items back. I sent him a partial refund and explained to him why I would not give him a full refund.Now he is saying that he never received the payment. I sent him a payment for the items instead of a because it was not going to be full refund.I have the emails stating that I sent him the payment to his email which is what he said to do.
