Is this hard to do???

Well i'm 12 and i have been in slowpitch softball since i was 5 and now that I am going to middle school, the teams are fast pitch, is it going to be hard for me to switch or will it be easy? And maybe some tips on playing in fast pitch would be great!

Yes, the adjustment will be difficult especially right away.  Fast pitch is a lot more faster pace and defense, timely hitting, and small ball play a vital part.

I would suggest try finding a Recreation Fall Ball Fast Pitch League in your area.  It won't be as intense as middle school but it will give you an idea of what you're in for.

Just try and get some practice hitting faster pitching or your timing will be way off.
