sometimes when i am really turned on a wrap a condom around a think carrot and insert it into my a**s and m********e at the same time.... if i put it in too deep can it cause any damage?

yes it can, especially if pointed, get a real s*x toy as they are made to be safe, they have blunt edges  and flared bases to keep it safe
