What is a HEALTHY amount of beer to drink (if your going to drink it everyday...)?

What if the person has had a physical and the doctor said they were completely healthy.....but they drink beer every night...anywhere from 4 - 6 a night. Sometimes maybe a little more or less...and they had been doing this for 2 years.

JUST at night. Not during the whole day..

Would drinking 5 beers a night be unhealthy? Do you have any sites to prove this?

  1. I wouldn't assume that it is healthy to drink beer every night. Especially if you are consuming 4-6. Not just because you would be getting drunk every night (maybe not if the person has been doing this for a while and has good tolerance), but really I'm talking about the amount of carbs. I mean, beer belly anyone? That is ALOT of carbs each night.

    Now, a glass of wine a night, not bad. That's different.

    you should be having at most 2 beers a week.

  4. Beer has no nutritional value.  One glass of wine a night is actually healthy for you.  Knock off the beer.  What are you hiding from?

    That is considered heavy drinking and the side effects are not good at all. One drink per day is considered beneficial. This person may have a problem. Hope the link helps


  6. Two a night at best, if your feeling bold you can have three. But on more than that if you have work in the morning or have to get up, becuase getting up after a night of drinknig can be a real hassle as you may already know.

    I've never drank before and I never plan to.. but I hate drunk people you can understand a word  there saying and it really gets me angry becuase they for some reason want to follow you around and shadow you.. dont be that person... anyways yea 2-3 a night.
