Is this healthy?!?!?

I am a 14 year old guy and weigh around 122-124 pounds.

I ate a bowl of cereal for breakfast

A ham sandwich, pretzels, and raisins for lunch with water

Potatoes, Carrots, and beef (Small Bowl) for lunch with a small glass of milk

I have done 650 sit ups (of various kinds). Is this healthy, or no?

  1. i'd say its thats toooooooooo healthy!

    personally i cant live a day without eating a tiny piece of chocolate..
