Is this healthy sleep?

Am I still getting enough sleep if I stay up late but wake up late.

(Stay up till 1 a.m. and wake up at 12 p.m.) This getting 11 hours of sleep which is enough for a 14 year old.But I wanna know if this is healthy going to bed late, but mind you I am getting enough sleep.

  1. If you get relax after getting up from the bed then its good. But if you have any pressure then you have to concern with doctor because at least there will be something wrong.
