Is this healthy to maintain my weight??

Breakfast-V8, a dozen (or so) strawberries, an apple

lunch- 1 piece of 12 grain bread, with 2 deli counter turkey slices, a few cherry tomatoes and 5 asparagus on top. a nectarine.

i recently lost 10 pounds & just want to maintain my weight.. is this good? what do you suggest i eat for dinner ?

  2. No, You should eat three healthy meals a day. And if you want to lose weight or maintain your weight you should workout.

  3. you need to eat some more.  for dinner i suggest lean meat like fish! its the best. with veggies.  for breakfast try egg beaters. they are low in fat and healthy.  I would eat the strawberries as well. have the apple as a snack before lunch.  your lunch idea sounds good.  also have a snack before dinner.  drink only water.  & work out at least 30 min a few times a week. youll maintain and maybe even lose this way, good luck!
